Doug's Story
Most of you, if you think real hard, will remember me as 'Doug Dew.' Oh yes! I still remember the teasing of 'Dog Dew' 'Eeewww! I stepped in it.' LOL. No big deal, just thought I would jot your memory. I am sure each one of us could create a novel about the ups-and-downs of our lives since graduation, but I hope each of you are growing in all the wonders that life brings.
I have a son, Joshua, who is 13 and he is my pride and joy of life. Being a father means everything to me and watching him grow in his own ways is absolutely wonderful. Even those times when I think back and go, "Did I do that, too?" I usually shake my head and laugh and remember when my mom used to say, "I hope you have a child that acts just like that." nder heart who loves to take care of younger kids, creating stories, playing video games, going to the park and walking our dog, and whether he would admit it or not ... spending time with me, his father. I am very blessed!!!
I do hope everyone has fulfilled some of their dreams and goals and if you have not, life is too short to wait, so make it happen. I looked at some of the profiles of the names I recognized and it seems life has been good to you as it has for me. I was not too popular in High School and wished I would have stepped our of the box and was able to know some of you as there is a unique, special, and something magical of High School friends.
